Fall Wedding Castle Hill Inn

February 14, 2020

Lyndsie and Chris’ fall wedding at Castle Hill Inn was sweet for several reasons. First, and foremost their furry bridal attendants – so cute in their bow-tie and flower collar! Secondly, Lyndsie’s romantic dress- she looks so lovely; those sleeves are my fave! Thirdly, the soft flowers in blush and cream- elegant and classic. Let’s not forget the first look, totes sweet! Even the band was sweet – literally – their name is the Sugarbabies. And finally, topping off the sweetness is some actual sweetness, a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream bar! This level of sweetness should be enough to satisfy even the sweetest sweet tooth.

Helping make everything as cute as a button:

Photographers: Linda and Cloud, Associate Team

Florist: Fig and Squill

Cake: The Cake Gallery

Band: The Sugarbabies

Lyndsie, so gorgeous!

A little help from mom with those romantic “sleeves.”

Presents from Chris.

BTW, could someone please cue the angel lighting? Great, thanks, that’s perfect.

Pretty Lady.

Meanwhile over at the bar in the main house, bow tie tying 101. LOL

Got it!

First Look

Linda and Cloud had Chris wait in the garden for Lyndsie. The garden is a nice spot because it’s secluded when you’d like your first-look to be private.

This is the sweetest series of photos. 🙂

I love Lyndsie showing Chris that’s she’s wearing all the gifts he gave her.

Sometimes when the bride gets a piece of jewelry on the wedding day, she questions whether or not she should wear it that day. In that moment, maybe it’s hard for her wrap her brain around tampering with the look she’s agonized over and decided on, but I say put that gift on, girl! I think the gift-giver would like to see you wearing it. I showing appreciation is a good way to start off the marriage.

So pretty!

So, the garden at Castle Hill is to the right of the driveway as you approach the main house. It’s kind of hidden behind the utility shed. We love the garden because it is sheltered from the wind and the light is nice and even/soft which makes it great for formal photos.

See? No shadows, bright spots, or crazy hair blowing around. Serene photo conditions!

These two. Gah, want to squeeze them!

Now that’s a perfect family portrait!

The gang again, more casual this time.

The ladies- love the combo of the floral print with the solid blue gowns.

Add this to my list of sweetnesses.

Moms look great in even light. Let’s make the moms happy, shall we?

Ceremony Time

I really like how the florist, Fig and Squill, framed the entrance of the tent with ivy. It made a big difference in the processional photos. Everyone should do this!

Right? So elegant!

Pretty sweet to have your dad and your step dad walk you down the aisle. That’s some stellar parenting right there. #snapapproved

The I Do’s.

Married!

I really love this idea. Not only is it super cute in the photos, but adds a nice auditory element to the day too, I bet it’s cool on the video.

Hurray!

Cheers!

The Great Photo Escape

Linda and Cloud whisked the newlyweds off for a few minutes of “just married photos.” It’s kind of nice to run away and get some alone time before you get mobbed by your guests.

First stop was the lighthouse, although this dreamy, glowy spot was on the way.

Light is getting magical!

Cue the wind for veil shots- thanks!

A little lighthouse (action).

More romance please!

Next stop, a trek down to Grace Kelly Beach.

Perfect cocktail hour details for a fall wedding at Castle Hill Inn.

It’s beautiful inside the tent too!

Let’s get this party started

Think their parents are pleased? Adorable.

Cue the twinkly lights!

Toasty inside.

Sweet smooches.

Goodies and presents galore!

Everyone enjoying a fabulous fall evening.

What a way to end a sweet day, fireside with your sweetie.

Lyndsie and Chris, thank you for having us at your fall wedding at Castle Hill Inn. Can we dog-sit your pups at Snap HQ? Nvm, don’t let us, we probably wouldn’t give them back.

xoxo Team Snap
