We kicked the 2021 season off right, with Caitlin and James’ small spring wedding at Blithewold Mansion.
Love, optimism, good-cheer, and tulips were all blooming as we said goodbye to the restrictions of 2020. I can’t tell you how good it felt to be back among our clients and vendor friends- but I probably don’t have to. I’m sure you’ve experience those unique emotions yourself!
For all the changes of last year, some things remain the same… how we photograph a wedding for one… but with generous helping of extra gratitude for sure!
We are so thankful to Caitlin and James for helping us ease back into the mad-dash that is wedding season. They are lovely, calm, grounded, creative, and thoughtful. They made it easy to snap all the beautiful moments because they kept their plan simple and meaningful. <3
It was fun to shoot a small wedding at Blithewold because unlike the larger tented weddings we are used to, dinner was served in the ballroom and the first dance was on the terrace. Caitlin and James even got a soft pastel sunset to top off their small spring wedding. Here’s to the rest of 2021 being as lovely as Caitlin and James’ wedding.
