This was our first Omni Parker House Wedding and we had a lovely time in Boston with Meghan and Teddy.
Did you know that the Omni Parker Hotel is the longest continuously operating luxury hotel in America? It’s sits near the Freedom Trail and Beacon Hill. That’s a lot of history!
Speaking of history, the first time we met Meghan and Teddy was at Providence College for their engagement shoot. That was a fabulous fall day too! Which has us wondering… Meghan do you plan these big events/ photo sessions around which season looks best with your gorgeous red locks? If so, you are a genius!
Right? How pretty is our bride Meghan? Loving these matching floral robes for the ladies.
Meghan’s mom helps her get ready. The window light was beautiful, we asked Meghan to put her finishing touches on in the living room of her suite.
Meghan’s proud father walks her down the aisle at St. Cecilia.
Meghan and Teddy share a sweet moment at the altar.
Married! This is always such a great moment.
One of the highlights of the day was definitely stealing the last thirty minutes of daylight for formal photos at the Boston Public Garden.
The Garden is so gorgeous, and although there are always a lot of people enjoying it, it’s usually easy to find some uncluttered scenic spots for the photos.
If you take a look at Meghan and Teddy’s engagement photos, you’ll see a squirrely theme developing!
Love this one for kids someday!
Of course, sometimes it’s fun to incorporate the tourists into the photos as well! It’s not everyday that you get to cascade around a public park in your wedding gown.
Romantical.
And we’re back for the Omni Parker House wedding reception! Love the outside of the hotel, timeless!
‘Nuff said.
Some very funny and “revealing” toasts from the maid of honor and best man!
Sweet and sweeter.
Party’s getting started! Those PC grads really know how to party!
Meghan is too cute.
Stealing a moment and a little cool night air, even if it means being perched precariously at the top of the Omni Parker House. Got to get that shot for the last page of the album!
Meghan and Teddy, thank you so much for showing us a fun time in two cities! We loved photographing you in providence and now in Boston as well! Where are we going next? I vote San Francisco!
