What do you do when Plan A goes astray? Initiate Plan B, shooting Michelle + Devon’s Engagement Session around Boston. We met up with Michelle and Devon at the Christian Science Center because Michelle loves the area and the architecture. A few snaps in and we were promptly informed by a cranky golf cart cruising security guard that we were in committing a No-No. Oops, bad snappers!  This VERY public place is apparently off limits to photographers. Okay….Plan B it is. We have a beautiful day, gorgeous flowering trees and a pretty neighborhood nearby… voila! Photo magic! Who needs a cranky security guard breathing down their neck anyway? Not this snapper.

Luckily Michelle and Devon were not rattled by being booted from Plan A. They took it in stride and jumped right into the new plan. I think this is a good indicator that they will make a great team in life. Sometimes life throws obstacles at you and you have to laugh it off and roll with it. You need to stick together and figure it out, which is exactly what they did. Michelle and Devon seem perfectly matched in every way, except maybe height! No matter, they are matched in the important ways… sense of humor & sense of adventure, both brainy and beautiful, sweet and easy going. Devon’s head may be up in the clouds {literally} but this is a down to earth couple. It was so fun to meet them and get kicked out of a public place with them. Can’t wait for their winter wonderland wedding in January.

P.S. Plan B was better than Plan A anyway… virtual raspberry to the security guard who busted us.
