Dani and Frank’s Island House Wedding at Belle Mer

Dani and Frank had a postcard-perfect day for their Island House wedding at Belle Mer. We started with getting ready photos at Gurney’s. Loved the view from Dani’s room. What a fun spot to sit and relax and have your hair done!

Then, we headed to The Marble House for the first look and formals. It was great to have a different vibe for the formal photos. You really can’t beat the mansions for stunning backdrops, shady trees, and Newport opulence.

When we arrived back at Belle Mer, there was some kind of sailboat extravaganza going on. Cue the sailboats! I wish we could plan for things like this, but sometimes you just get surprised and lucky! There was also a brief window of time where the Newport bridge was totally socked in by fog. Thankfully, the mist cleared and it was sunny skies again which made for a great evening.

Dani was stunning. Kristin Greene created her beautiful bridal look. I loved the sweet touch of the embroidery on her veil with their names. I’ve never seen that before!

Frank is sweet, and kind, and was smiling from ear to ear all day.

Sayles Livingston created the gorgeous florals. The ceremony flowers were incredible.

Dani and Frank’s Island House Wedding at Belle Mer was smooth from, relaxed, and joyful! It was everything you’d want for a lovely summer day in Newport!
