We had the pleasure of photographing Baby Stella and her parents, Lauren and James, at the Boston Public Garden last week. Stella is only six weeks old, and already has a big personality. She reminds me a lot of my daughter (now 18) when she was a baby. I used to look at her and think, Man, I’m not going to be able to get away with anything- this baby is on to me! It was true then and it’s true now. Lauren and James seem very chill though, they’re going to be fine!

And Baby Makes Three

Lauren and James have lots of photos of Stella, and of each of them with Stella, but none of the three of them. We can help with that!

This one is so sweet. James has got those nice long arms to hug everyone at once. That’s a good quality in a dad.

 

I think Stella will like this one when she gets older. She’ll say, “Look how young my parents were!”

 

Parenting… you’ve got to have a good sense of humor.

 

And, you’ve got to have more stamina than your kids- they’ll eventually crap out. It’s exhausting being little!
