Alex and Patrick had a beautiful {though a tad sweltering} day for their Castle Hill Wedding in August. These two detail photos do the job of setting the mood for the day. Alex’s exquisite lace wedding dress is perfect for an elegant summer party and Patrick’s 4 leaf clover cuff links tell us that it will be a blessed day full of love and luck and smiling Irish eyes!
The garden at Castle Hill was a perfect spot for the first look, it provided some shade and also a private area for Patrick and Alex’s emotional moment.
Alex had wedding planner, Wendy Joblon hide a blue tooth speaker in the shrubbery so their first look could be set to the music of their song. I thought that was a very sweet touch.

These are Patrick’s family members! This immediate family photo has 22 people! Got to love a big Irish family!

Naturally, we stole a few minutes from the cocktail hour for a trip to the CH Lighthouse!
It’s truly one of the prettiest spots in Newport.
I love that at Caste Hill you can be photographed on the cliff with a lighthouse and sailboats, and then turn and walk 100 feet and end up smooching on a pretty wooded path.
