“Journalism is in fact history on the run.” – Thomas Griffith
Kerry and Jim met at a local bar/ reporter hangout in Boston while both working for newspapers. In honor of their journalistic beginnings I feel it’s only fitting to “report” on their nuptials.
In what has been described as a winter wedding wonderland, Kerry and Jim were married on November 17th 2012 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Boston Massachusetts. Kerry, a cool, calm, and collected bride, didn’t flinch when her hair and makeup application went “slightly” over schedule cutting into the time allotted for formal portraits. Wedding photographer Trish Gilmore had this to say about Kerry, “Kerry is the nicest person ever!” Jim remained calm too, although he was very excited to see is his bride and was observed pacing anxiously. Gilmore noted, “Jim was very excited to see Kerry.” After having their first look the couple took to the nighttime streets of Boston for their wedding portraits. They were seen snapping it up in John Hancock Square as well as in front of the Prudential Building. Because they are so down to earth, they were able to step back and enjoy themselves during the photo process. Says Gilmore, “Kerry and Jim are just so down to earth.” Now that the wedding is over, Kerry and Jim intend to settle down and live happily ever after. Gilmore had this to add, “Kerry and Jim are meant for each other. I know they’ll live happily ever after.”
Great photos.
