Who wrote the book on The Classic Oceancliff Wedding?
Sarah and John, that’s who! Of course, they had help from their fabulous vendors. But seriously, this day was perfection starting with our lovely couple.

His and Hers Getting Ready at Oceancliff
First Look and Photos of Our Couple
The perfect first look spot is shady with a neutral-ish background so that the expressions POP!
Friends and Family
The lighting is especially important for formal photos. The thing to remember is that a view with water in the background, while lovely to the eye, is often the worst choice for formal photos. Ideally, we would choose a spot that is not too windy, has nice open shade, and a simple background.
That way, everyone’s hair looks great, no one is squinting, and the people are the focus.
Time for the Vows!
By all means, pick the spot with the stunning view for the ceremony! No problem doing that at Oceancliff.

Just Married Photos
Stealing a few moments for photos and kisses.
Once we get great photos of our couple in the shade, with no wind — we can try some trickier spots. When it’s windy and the light is intense, photos walking and not looking at the camera work best.
Prosecco Anyone?
This is just the cutest thing ever!
