One of the greatest pleasures that we have as wedding  photographers is to witness truly loving families come together to launch their children off into their newest and greatest adventure, marriage. It’s impressive, warm, funny, sentimental, bittersweet, all rolled into one festive package. Kelly and Ryan have a strong foundation resting on the love and nurture of their parents and the encouragement and friendship of their siblings, and are surely destined for a long and happy life together. It was easy to imagine Kelly’s mom walking her to school on her first day of kindergarten, or Ryan’s dad cheering him on at little league because of the way they applaud them as adults. Of course, in return Kelly and Ryan grew into 2 people that any parent would be immensely proud to call daughter or son. It’s not easy to raise decent, sincere, successful kids and it seems that these parents have managed to raise 8 of them! Many thanks to the Carnevale’s and the O’Brien’s for including us in such a momentous page in their family’s history.

Kelly and Ryan were married at Salve Regina University’s, Our Lady of Mercy Chapel in Newport Rhode Island. The reception took place at Oceancliff Resort and Hotel, also in Newport Rhode Island. The Newport Trolley provided transportation. Toni Chandler designed all of the amazing florals as well as the Oceancliff holiday decor. Buzz Media Company was on hand to document the wedding in video. New Leaf Salon and Formal Hair Design made all of the lovely ladies glamorous.  Naomi’s Studio and Salon provided their flawless makeup. Last but certainly the furthest from least, Jamie Nelson from Eventfully Planned kept everything smooth, on time, and beautiful!
