We’re so thrilled to be a part of Britt and Carl’s plans for a beautiful spring wedding at Castle Hill. When we met them and were instantly smitten with them. They are both so funny, warm, and sincere. We were excited for them to be blending their two families. I {Mariah} have a blended family too… my own two young-ish children and my husband’s two older children from previous marriages. We’re lucky, because although you love your partner there’s no guarantee that you’ll fall in love with your partner’s children and in my case we did. It was so heartwarming to see that Britt and Carl have achieved the same harmony. Carl clearly cherishes Britt and adores her son Guillem. We can’t wait to meet the rest of their clan in April. In honor of Carl’s many wonderful traits {including handy mechanic, he saved two damsels in distress … Trish and I… when the battery in our car died in their driveway} we’ll end with this quote about awesome stepdads…
