Signed, Sealed, delivered! We Made It!

It was a big year for the Snap team. We shot 57 weddings. That’s a record. We hear from our fellow vendors that everyone had a bananas year. Well, we made it! Everyone is photographed and all the wedding galleries are delivered! Woot woot!

Personally, I (Mariah) am super proud of our efforts. Things got a little dicey smack dab in the middle of the season for me. I had a neck injury which benched me, or rather couched me, for weeks. Linda and Cloud stepped in and helped Trish shoot a few of the weddings I was sidelined for.

A common question we receive is, “What happens if you get sick and can’t make it to my wedding? Well, that hardly ever happens and it would have to be super serious for us not to attend. But, this was one of those times that it was serious and attending, never mind shooting, was out of the question.

I missed four weddings total. Cloud and Linda covered me for three and our good friend Melissa from M Studios helped with the fourth. It sure pays to have talented photographer friends who understand you’ve got to drop everything when the alarm is sounded.

Additionally, I want to thank Trish for editing each and every wedding. The reason the photos in your gallery look so good is that she’s been tied to her desk processing files since May. No rest for the weary though, album season is upon us! Looking forward to getting albums ordered for all of our beautiful couples!
