1. what is the difference between the owner and associate teams?

Mariah and Trish (Owner Team) have 15 years of experience shooting weddings as a team and have (respectively) 23 and 27 years photographing weddings. In addition, Trish is a Certified Professional Photographer through PPA (Professional Photographers of America). Mariah and Trish have both earned their Craftsmen Degrees through PPA. Linda and Cloud (Associate Team) have two years of experience shooting weddings as a team, and 30 years of combined experience as wedding photographers. No matter the team you contract, you will receive the same level of service and care throughout the entire wedding process from booking through album delivery. 

2. Can I tweak the Collections to better suit my needs?

Yes, for instance, you can add additional time to your Collection if you need your photographers for longer than stipulated. You can also swap the Engagement Session for additional time on your wedding day. We don't remove the album and framing credit from the package, as it is our belief that we would be doing you a disservice if we did not provide you with a high-quality, professionally printed, and retouched wedding album and framed portrait for posterity. We can't disappoint your future generations like that!

3. what is a custom photo plan?

When you visit Snap Head Quarters for your pre-wedding meeting, we will work with you to formulate a plan that covers logistics and timing. Leading up to the event, we will also put together a who's who list and shot-list for the formal photographs. Having a custom photo plan in place ensures that all of your VIP's are photographed. On the day of the wedding, you don't need to worry about the photography, we take care of everything. That's why we plan it out before the big day. We show up, plan in hand, and get the job done. All you worry about is looking good and being in love!

4. Can I download photos from my gallery?

Yes! 4-6 weeks after your wedding, your photos are posted to an online gallery that is available for ten years. You can download the images. they are not watermarked and they are high resolution. You also have the option of ordering professional prints through your online gallery.

5. How does the album process work?

The album process is two-fold. Prior to the wedding, we will have you pick out your album when you visit us for your planning meeting. We have three styles of albums to choose from that can be personalized with cover materials and custom imprinting. You will use the album credit included in your Collection toward the album of your choice.

Post wedding, we will create the first draft of your album design for you. It can be overwhelming to select the best photos from all of your images! We will email you the design and you can  comment on any changes you may want. Once you love the design and you approve it, we will get it ordered so that you can enjoy it! Album production takes 6-8 weeks.
